Size of the handbag.
I like the shade of navy, the size of the handbag and the length of the strap, which is not too long. I am short, so this is a definite plus.

Good quality but poor packaging
The purse is of excellent quality and configured as described. The shoulder strap is a bit shorter than I would have liked and the zipper opening on top is rather narrow but will work. My one complaint is that this lovely purse was sent in a clear plastic bag similar in weight to a plastic food storage bag. The inside, including the purse, became quite wet. I would have thought that a proper shipping bag would have been used over this plastic one to keep the purse dry and protected.
