Wow! Nice knives! Good price. Came in a nice box. Great gift! Lifetime guarantee. I signed up for that.Cost a lot less than others I’ve seen. Just used em to cut up some chicken. Most pleased.

First things first -- these are really nice knives -- not up to the quality of Kyocera, but for the price, I didn't expect them to be. I purchased them for two reasons: 1) I'd just moved into a temporary apartment (which seems to be turning into a permanent move, but I digress ... ) and needed a decent but less expensive set of knives; and 2) I was curious how these would rate compared to my "gold standard," Kyocera.OK, so they're not quite as sharp as their much-higher-priced rivals, but they're definitely sharper than most moderately-priced stainless knives that I've used in the past. My primary interest in ceramic knives is the low maintenance (sharpening is a very rare occurrence -- I've had one of my Kyocera knives for 13 years and it's as sharp today as it was when I purchased it). These feel as if they'll perform quite nicely for several years.The three knives are great sizes -- I tend to use the Santoku most often, especially prepping salads. I store mine in a block specially designed for ceramic knives, so I don't use the covers that come with these knives. If you choose not to use a block, you'll definitely want to use these to store the knives in the drawer. They are, after all, ceramic, which means they CAN chip and break.So bottom line -- I'm giving these 5 stars because they're a nice set of decent ceramic knives for a great price. I've been using them regularly for a month and I've seen no issues at all. Very happy with this purchase.

Good quality, I like the white, makes it easy to clean, and a clean design. The handles and grips are great quality, can go through the dishwasher without any issues. For the value, great, and super easy to clean, and the ceramic blades stay sharp so much longer.

These are pretty sharp and so far are working well for me. I have only been using them for a few days but during that time I have found it easy to use to cut up vegetables for stews and salads.

I had a ceramic knife for the last ten years that finally bit the bullet, so I wanted another one. I settled on these, and I'm not disappointed. I did chip the tip on one literally the first time using it, operator error. These knives are so very sharp, even sharper than the old one. The cutting edge is actually translucent, the material is so thin where it comes down to the edge. I chipped it cutting a block of cheese, or it may of been a thick piece of roast beef, but when it cut through the tip slammed into the platter. I bought two sets, thinking I would gift one set, but I decided against giving the other one because these are fragile, very brittle. I am an experienced user of these type of knives, and I still messed up the first time I used it. Ceramic knives are sharp, and they hold an edge almost indefinitely. My old one was still sharp, but the handle fell off after 10 yrs of constant abuse. I would recommend the Vos Ceramic Knife Set if you are aware of the drawbacks that all ceramic knives have, they break easy, just dropping one on the floor could shatter the blade.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas last year. She loved them. They stay sharp forever it seems.However, she noticed that one of them had a chipped tip after 4 months. I emailed the company on a Monday. They responded by Tuesday and we had a new complete set by Wednesday.Needless to say customer service is outstanding to say the least.The ceramic blades, though they stay sharp, are prone to chipping. They should not be used for cutting hard substances such as frozen items or bone. That being said, these are an excellent addition to any kitchen.
