Great for littles, and great to sleep with
I used to regress more than I do now, but I still love using this pacifier every night! It's great to sleep with, so soothing. If you don't use a pacifier already, I would go as for as to recommend everyone to use one, they're amazing for sleeping and for relaxation during awake hours as well!I didn't know how to use a pacifier though, so how you do it is, you push your tongue against the nub up to the roof of your mouth, therefore creating a vacuum seal between the pacifier shield and your face/lips.

Loving my binky
This adult pacifier works well and I'm really enjoying it. The pacifier is a good size and shape and the guard covers my mouth. It works well and is v satisfying.I use it for stress and anxiety and it helps soothe and relax me, and I also use it to fall asleep. It def helps me sleep more soundly. It also helps with my oral fixation and being able to suck anytime I want or need to.I love having this pacifier. Thank you LFB for making a product that works on so many levels!

Good value but side seams are irritating
I got this one as a back up to my gen 1 LittleForBig pacifier so I will compare/contrast with that one. Gen 2 has better quality plastic and a matte finish which may give my paci's handle more "friction" so it stays in the position it's left it in. The Gen 1 is shiny plastic and the handle is much looser in the joint so it hangs instead of sticking in position. The biggest advantage of gen 2 over gen 1 though is that the teat doesn't seem to go flat as easily. I rarely to never have to take apart the gen 2 to reset the teat, whereas, that's the only problem I have with the gen 1. The chin cut-out on Gen 2 is what initially made me buy it, but the shield doesn't sit as flesh with my face unless I suck it in hard which is more of a problem for me. The biggest problem I have with this pacifier though is the teat. It's a good size and satisfying initially, but I hate the seams on the side. I don't know if my gen 1 is a bit softer either because it came that way or because it's experienced more use, but the side seams on the gen 1 don't rub so much on the side of my hard palette/gums as the gen 2. I've had to stop using the gen 2 after prolonged use and switch to my gen 1 for a more comfortable fit as the left side of my mouth has been irritated by the seam. I have heard (don't know if it's true) that the gen 3 has improved this, but I prefer the shield styles of gen 1 and gen 2 better and the teats are allegedly not compatible.

Amazing Quality for a Niche Product
For something so unique I figured I should expect just a simple, flimsy large baby pacifier. I was pleasantly surprised that this is absolutely designed for an adult mouth. The shape of the guard feels as it should, the bulb seems just right, and overall it feels quite sturdy. And to top it all off the dust cap is such a brilliant idea! I never tried the Gen1 version but this is clearly a well designed, well thought-out product. This is my first adult pacifier and I'm so satisfied I probably won't need to get another.

For use with CPAP
I bought this to use with my nasal CPAP since I sleep with my mouth open and my full face mask is very leaky. I thought maybe if I used this, I would keep my mouth closed. It's comfortable, but I found myself biting it and waking up with a sore jaw the next morning. Also, since I do sleep with my mouth open, the frame got wet and uncomfortable so I eventually took it out. Not giving up on it yet since I love my nasal mask more than my full face, but it does take some getting used to. Overall was pleased with it. If someone is having a hard time keeping their mouth closed while using CPAP this is worth trying.
