Good quality chocolates
I ordered chocotejas a few times. I love them.About the white streaks that sometimes chocolates have ( as mentioned by previous customer) it does not mean that chocolate is old. Check the expiration date that each chocolate has. If expiration date is good. Then the white marks are probably due to the “sugar bloom.” Research about it. Happens when cocoa butter melts, rises to the surface and re-solidifies. I saw few chocotejas with this white streaks. Those where not old at all. Expiration actually showed that were made recently. And those were delicious!! It is just a chemical process. Look a little weird but it is perfectly safe and delicious to eat.
