Cast Brass Censer With Boat

We donated the thurible to as a memorial gift. When the Bishop blessed it for them, he wanted to know where we found one of such beauty and quality (I think he may order one for the diocese). It is heavy but solid and will last for generations to come.

It was quite heavy, but looks great. everyone in church who have seen it love it!!can't wait to use it!!

I read some comments that this was heavy and I laughed to myself thinking, "how heavy could a thurible be?" Well... It's very heavy. About 4.5 to 5lbs. I don't know if any child could swing it well This thurible is meant for experienced and older servers. Really, I think only a good seminarian could make use of this thurible.

Well made, sturdy. However it’s almost too heavy to use. Wish it had a ring to go around the chains to slide to the bottom to help keep lid from raising during censing. Looks great and seems like it will stand up to heavy use. The boat is very nice, but has small capacity which lends it to spilling when trying to scoop out incense. Overall love the thurbile .. but you have to eat your Wheaties before you use it :)

Nice and good price

Thurible was broken upon receiving. Welds are poorly done. Having used many thurible, this one is very heavy. Prod description says 5 pounds. Wow!

Product is beautiful. Well worth the price. But was not assembled well. Had to tighten the base and put a nut to secure the cross on top. Also, one of the chains of was not connnected. Now that it is fixed, it is perfect. Would've been a 5 had it been assembled better.
