Unbelievably comfortable!
Bought this chair for my nan as she struggles to get in and out of a chair and what a difference this has made, she can get in and out with ease, the massage effect is very useful for all her aches and pains that come with getting old. She said its so comfortable she no longer uses her orthopedic bed and sleeps in this chair as it fully reclines. Money well spent and worth every penny! Thinking about buying a second one

Information quality and ease of assembly
This was a replacement for one i ordered and had got stuck in the system.good quality and exactly what I needed. I ordered at 5pm on a Tuesday and it's arrived mid afternoon Thursday brilliant . Only one concern is that I am disabled and recently had a very bad stroke so think they need to realize that it is mostly people like myself that order. So would be lovely if delivery could actually be carried into the home and not left on doorstep. Thankfully I have very good support around me so not a problem. I purchased a flaux rabbit cover and the chair is very comfortable

Dont buy this chair
I bought the chair not had it a month the chair didn’t work right from the day it was delivered i tried to report it got no help now the chair has broken its the worst thing I have ever bought disgusting will be using eBay from now on spent lots of money with you disgusting

Leather reclining chair
The chair is ok but all massaging parts are poking through leather and can be felt wen sitting on chair so it's uncomfortable I had to put a thick throw on it ..

Splendid chair but , , ,!
The rise and fall aspect of the chair is really good.The remote is truly irritating as it beeps as you touch it and there is no clear explanation of how to work the massage features. If you run the cable under the armrest and tuck the remote under the end so that only the up down buttons show it solves the beeping issue.
