This 4.1 Panasonic is Awesome as I listened to Tchaikovsky Symphonies and US classic country music. I have set treble in full and bass at half.Music Reproduction is phenomenal if your songs are recorded properly. I listened to Frank Sinatra and Rich Music filled my ears.This review is within 8 hours of receiving this Panasonic.I have to set up side speakers as I need extension cords which I ordered Honeywell in Amazon.Remote is simple to use but they provided NO BATTERIES! Pathetic and AWEFUL!Speakers are lightweight and stereo effect is very much noticeable. WOOFER is OK in performance as I didn't exceed half power. Bass and treble can be controlled easily through Remote.I thanked my 84 years old Precious Mother for buying me this Sorround Sound System.I am HAPPY 😊Pro: Equalizer settings are Brilliant and spot on for type of music, we play.TREBLE IS EXCELLENT!Con: The remote has no number pad. I CAN'T select favorite songs in pendrive by numbers.☹️P.S) This System is MADE IN CHINA!

Like many of the costumers listed here, I too undertook a long market search and waiting to conclude my buying decision. My preference was to buy a premium quality sound surround speaker system with BT connectivity under 7K. Compared Sony SA- D100 with this and decided to go with HT40. Sound quality is perfect but do not expect great, for that you've to shed more bucks. I'm totally satisfied with the product as I'm more concerned about sound details and clarity rather than loudness. Yes, the speakers do a decent job and it's price worthy. The speaker's are 4.1 Ch surround system with decent effects considering the connectivity is limited to 3.5 mm socket, BT and USB (no optical, digital, or real 4.1 Ch inputs exists). Yet the system produces quality surround effect barring the absence of true surround input, thanks to the processor. Sound quality varies depends upon the input sources and the file formats and BT sourcing is lesser quality one while considering the other two i.e. USB and 3.5 mm socket.The pros and cons according to me are:-Pros:-Premium lookWooden speakersGood bass, treble and volumeBT connectivity etc etc.CONs:-Limited connectivity optionsNo FM tunerIt's not true surroundAbsence of digital display cause difficulty in choosing EQ modes, file and folder selection via USB, etc.BT selection is only through remote control.Remote control is restricted to limited angle and range.Like many others, my remote control too stopped to respond after 3 months. However, a battery replacement had fixed the issue. It's range problem is actually figured out to the design of the speaker unit in which the SLIT provided for the IR receiver to catch the remote signal seems to be very narrow one. I've fixed this issue too by widening the slit located adjacent to the LED light with a fruit knife and a pocker without compromising the look of the cabinet!!! And the result is overwhelming, that now I can operate the system in much better wide angles..! The techies of Japan should have adopted this concept earlier so as to reduce a lion share of negative reviews!!Any way I love this product very much..!

Super quality, bass,tutor. Fully satisfied with product.One small issue that wire length is very short, i purchased additional wire and connector to set up.

It's the best home theatre. I have seen many models of f and d home theatre. I have also seen the best seller sony home theatre SA D40. But according to me, this panasonic home theatre is the best. Below are the reasons:-1. This home theatre will give very good treble control and excellent treble which is missing in almost all the home theatres. It's the best point and the uniquest point in this home theatre.2. This home theatre provides you very strong vocals. In many home theatres when I watch a movie, we are not able to hear dialogues properly. We struggle to understand a movie. But you will not face any issues regarding dialogues. It provides a great movie experience because of that.3. The remote of this home theatre is also excellent. You can control bass and treble from the remote itself and that also very efficiently. You will not face any issue with it. It's also a very excellent point. In other home theatres, we can't control bass and treble properly and that is very irritating.4. Some home theatres provides only good music experience, not movie experience. But this home theatre is great for both experiences.Negative point:-1. I have found only one negative point and that is, its bluetooth range is not very good. But that's okay for me. Approximately, it's range is only ten feet.Result:-This home theatre is worth buying. I have seen even expensive home theatres than it but the surprising fact is that this home theatre beats even the expensive home theatres in clarity. Just close your eyes and buy this home theatre. You won't regret your decision. It's way far better than the other brands at this price. Excellent product!

Great Sound

The sound system is good enough.Build quality is also good. Very Power full bass Veery thing is good bt ther is 2 major problems.1. you can't control bass from remote, you have to reach to the main unit to cantrol bass & treble.and the bass quality and power is actually uncontrollable.2. Ther is NO FM
