I bought these for my teenage daughter who skates a few times a month. She absolutely loves them. Very comfortable and stylish

Defect in boots
I was really hoping to enjoy these skates, but unfortunately they are causing me a ton of pain and frustration. When tightening the top strap I’ve tightened it down as much as I possibly can which causes the sides to dig into my skin, but in the front part where the tongue is there is a space. With this it’s causing a wobble when riding and digging into my skin resulting in a painful ride. I’ve only used them 3-4 times and I will not be using them again. I’m trying to return these as of right now and because it’s not sold through a third seller it’s a nightmare. Amazon is telling me to go through the seller and the seller is telling me to go through rollerblade and rollerblade is telling me they can’t do anything besides an exchange for the same skates; which obviously isn’t going to work. Amazon at least told me if In two days they don’t help me they can escalate this issue, but this is a nightmare. I just want to ride on skates that fit, is that too much to ask :(
