Superb addition to my Cricut that makes the application of iron on vinyl to caps almost foolproof
I was very dubious about making the investment in this Cricut hat press - it’s a lot of money for what is, in essence, an iron!Once I started using it, though, I appreciated that it is an iron, but what a brilliant iron it is! Integrating it with the Cricut heat app on my iPad meant that, rather than getting the vinyl peeling off the hats to which I applied it, the vinyl now sticks like a limpet. Unlike a standard iron, this one asks what you’re ironing, what you’re ironing it onto, and then proceeds to give you step by step instructions, inluding heating the iron to th right temperature and telling you when and how long to apply it for.It’s made a real difference to how well my vinyl decorations work on hats and I am now contemplating the lifestyle investment that is a Cricut Easypress 3 - if it works a fraction as well as the hat press, it may well be a worthwhile investment…

BEWARE - hat form is made from walnut shells - DO NOT TOUCH IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGY
Amazon do NOT make it clear in the product description that the product (the hat pressing form) is made of WALNUT SHELLS and may present an issue to anyone with a nut allergy. Cricut themselves and Hobbycraft show allergen warnings on their website... but nothing on Amazon. I only found out when looking for project ideas on the web. RETURNING.
