This worked way better than I expected and went on much easier than anticipated too. Used to seal gap in sliding glass door. Very happy with this product, wish I would have bought it 20 years ago to say money on my electric bill!

Very easy to use and to put into tight places. I have a dog door that I need to keep available so the air seeps through by the partial section as well as the other end of the partially open door. This stuff is great..

This worked much better than I expected, since I had to apply it to the back of the inside sliding door, so space was limited to maneuver the weatherstripping. Its strong adhesive backing did cause it to stick to the wrong places from time to time, but that was due to the location on the door where I needed it to block the air leaking between sliding doors. I used a small flat-blade screwdriver to maneuver the tape better without it getting stuck, and once it was in place, the adhesive held it firmly, and the weatherstripping immediately blocked the draft that had been leaking through between the sliding doors.I am very pleased at this inexpensive solution to what otherwise would have required replacing the sliding door.

This is actually the first product that has worked on keeping cold air from coming in through a slider, facing into the harsh north wind, at a shore home. The flexible fiber insure a good fit to close the gap (I chose the half-inch size) but isn't so stiff that opening and closing the door would cause it to break free, eventually. That's what happened with a foam rubber weather strip I tried.

Works good on entrance doors

We used this felt to insulate a gap on an older front door. After removing old foam door insulation and cleaning we installed it. It’s preventing cold air from coming into my house and I can easily open close and lock my door.
