Great smell and heat retention. Helps with all aches and pains!!! Face mask took away my headache behind my eyes.You can also freeze each piece to help reduce your swelling.I absolutely 💯 love this package! Money well spent!!

Very relaxing
This is the second set from Natures Approach Aromatherapy that I have purchased. They last a very very long, years! I use a light mist of water on the pad prior to heating for a moist heat. The aroma is very relaxing but not overbearing! Bought the second set for my adult son and he likes it! Relaxes the body and the mind.

IT WAS NICE, BUT I COULDN’T KEEP IT
It seemed nice, made well, but I am allergic to some natural smell in the set, I’m sorry to say. Have to send it back.

Perfect!
Used the neck wrap right away! Just put it in the microwave to heat it up. It stays in place around my neck and shoulder. Very soothing. I put the eye pad in the freezer and will use it later. I highly recommend these great products.

They don’t last, poor stitching
Only had these for two months and two out of the set have broke open at the seams.
