This saved me some money
This cord works great. My old cord quit working. I was afraid I had to get a whole new CPAP. Thought I'd try replacing the cord (saw some recommendations online to try that). Well, it works fine now. The cord doesn't feel as heavy duty as the original cord from the manufacturer, but the price was right and it works ! This is a good option if you want to save a little money over the brand name cord. I have a Resmed Airsense 10.

Great Replacement Cord
When my oem CPAP cord failed unexpectedly this was immediately ordered. After plugging in, no issues at all -- powered up the machine as the previous one did. Solid replacement option so far.

24v power supply, not fully compatible with React Health/3B Luna G3
For those wondering if this can be used for the (apparently rare) Luna G3, this has the correct voltage and plug size for the React Health/3B unit, but it DOES NOT connect the center pin to ground. While it will power the React Health/3B Luna G3, it causes the unit to show the heated tubing as "unconnected" meaning you lose the benefit of your heated tubing. The search continues.
