Watch works great, there is a process to set it up but they did a great job helping me all along the way, my daughter loves it

I finally gave up on this item after over three weeks of trying to get the watch to work. The customer service is ONLY via email. When I tried to call the phone number via WhatsApp, I was texted back to email. My service provider is AT&T (which is in bold that the Watch would work with that service provider) I purchased a Sim Card and Johnny (the only associate I suspect works for the company) was not able to help me activate the watch. That’s after adding and activating a new line. Then It was recommend that I purchase A speed talk Sim card for five dollars. He said that Sim card was widely used with the watch. After purchasing that Sim card, the watch would not turn on. I notified customer service a.k.a. Johnny and he recommended sending me out a new charging cord. Once the charging cord arrived a few days later- I let the watch charge for over two hours and it still did not work. I emailed customer service yet again. This time Johnny recommended swapping out the watch. That was OK with me. However, he wanted me to send the watch back to California via some shipping with tracking. Unacceptable, I don’t feel I should have to pay for broken merchandise to be exchanged. At this point I did want to exchange it, but to Amazon and just simply return the watch via Amazon and collected a refund. I was willing To give it time for him to figure out what was going on, but over three weeks is enough. I’m still out activation money for the new line and the cost for the time I had the line on my account, plus the speed talk money. So all I have to say is buyers beware!!

I got this watch for my son (6y) before he went on a trip with his grandparents. He’s ADHD and I was worried about them getting separated and not having a way of finding each other. I also set a daily alarm for his medication so they wouldn’t forget. He LOVES it. He loves being able to call his aunts and uncles as well as other grandparents just to chat and they love it too. The gps is pretty accurate and allowed me to follow along to where all they went. I appreciate that you can set it up to only receive calls from approved contacts.I saw some reviews that said set up was tricky. I didn’t find it difficult. I just followed the instructions. The watch did stop working after a few weeks but customer service replaced it quickly and he’s back up and running now.

Incredible watch to keep in touch with your kids! With the app that you download on your phone and pair with your child’s watch , you can have video calls and audio messages back and forth, ando also regular calls too if you allow it. It does need a SIM card and customer service is responsive with your questions. Also GPS feature works great. It does take a few seconds to refresh but it works! Great find for you and your kids!

Battery was not working for me after 2 months but service was so good that I got new watch as replacement after almost 2 months

BEWARE: You cannot set up this watch on your own. You have to get ahold of the Seller (located in China) via Whats app or email and they have to walk you though it all (multiple involved steps communicating back and forth). After trying for 5 days and the seller only responding once every 24 hrs between 4:00am-5:30am, I gave up and I’m returning the 2 watches I purchased. I even told the seller I was getting a little frustrated on the delay and ask when the best times would be to communicate. They didn’t respond again.It was the worse Customer service I have ever received from a seller on Amazon. They do not disclose on the description that you have to set up the watch through the seller. Do yourself a favor and buy another smart watch for your kids. I got this so I could track my children via GPS for safety reasons and I would rather spend $130 on another watch that will actually work.* The WhatsApp number listed on the directions included with the watch is not accurate. It has extra numbers in it. I had to Google Chinese area codes to figure it out.

We bought this watch to be able to track my daughter while giving her the independence to walk home from school. It was difficult to set up at first, but email support was quick and efficient. I ended up buying a pay-as-you-go SIM card as my phone provider (xfinity) could not provide a card that would work with this device. The protector of the screen cracked and then my daughter banged it against something and the screen cracked but the company agreed to replace it! Now we know to be more careful. The video call feature and whats app work great for messaging.
