Well made product
Purchased these for my mom who has dementia and keeps scratching herself, even though these gloves are very well-made, she somehow manages to get her finger through the mesh and scratch herself. We ended up putting thin socks on her hands inside these mittens and they were great.

Wouldn't put them on my mom's hands.
The mittens didn't look quite new/fresh: they were either been returned or sitted on the shelf without packaging for a long time. They felt dusty.The padding is too thick for my mom's situation. She is suffering from dementia but not totally mentally confused all the time. We needed the mittens just for the night time to prevent her from taking the oxygen tube out. The huge gloves like those would only frustrate her.I like the mesh on the back though.

Do not work. Easy for them to use fingers to harm.
These absolutely do not work. Perhaps if someone is comatose and does not move. Otherwise, no.
