The Ecdysterone, isolated from naturally occurring plant phytosteroid extracts in this bottle by Fit and Focused works really well toward helping some guys get bigger (if at all possible) especially when they need that help, and with no harmful side effects.I’ve had very real success with products like this…HOW THEY HELPED MEDuring my college years (and about the first 15 years of my adult life) I never had any special supplements, just good quality Vitamins from food sources and natural d-alpha Tocopherol Vitamin E every day. Also not much protein powder. There just weren’t any really good ones yet, and I don't tolerate milk well... (The one I get now, and wish I had then is a chocolate flavored Organic Vegan Protein Powder for a low price with high ratings. It digests easy and tastes great.)But I lifted weights five or six days a week trying to get big anyway. I got pretty strong, but was never the strongest guy in the gym in my 20s or 30s.Then, in my mid 40s, I was able to get some new products with herbs and roots, and something in an orange flavored powder I don't recall the name of. Using those products I got stronger than I ever was in my 20s. I’ve always been amazed at the difference a few herbs and roots and other natural things can make, but that is a fact.At around 45 I got up to bench presses with 85-pound Dumbbells (when I had maxed out at 80 pounds each in my mid 20s). At around 45 I did the entire stack on one Leg Press Machine 6 times. I did the entire stack on a Tricep Push Down Cable Machine 8 times (elbows stationary at my sides, no cheating).So, in my 20s I was never the strongest guy in the gym, but at 45 (on these types of products) I was (sometimes) literally the strongest guy in the gym, when there were stronger looking guys lifting near me.Coming from a guy who was bullied as a kid, being the strongest guy in the gym (after lifting weights correctly and safely) is a feeling so good I can’t describe it, but I will never forget it.And again, none of these products ever had a negative side effect - Only helpful, really beneficial side effects.

Ecdysterone v Turkesterone, to me is like 6 of this, half a dozen of that. They're both ecdysteroids, and honestly, depending on what you read, one is better than the other and vice-versa. Ecdysterone is supposed to be more bioavailable than Turk (from my reading), but you need more of it - so I've taken two pills instead of one, but not together, one twice a day.Okay, with that said, I've honestly noticed no difference in my performance and gainz after I switched from turkesterone to this ecdysterone. I'm not a weight lifter or body builder, but rather a runner, cyclist (road and MTB) and light weight lifter for tone and fitness. I feel I've performed and improved just as well with this, although note that I do also take other supplements such as citrulline, creatine, whey protein, BCAA's during and after and extra glutamine to aid with recovery after hard efforts, as well as other things at times. I guess I'm a walking supplement store.My take? It seems to be good. Give it a try - if it doesn't do anything for you, switch back to what you were using, or if you weren't using anything, go back to that. I'm going to finish this bottle and stick with whatever quality supplement is least expensive when the time to resupply comes.

This is a brand that I had not heard of before, but they're now on my list of go-to brands. This Ecdysterone is top quality and lab tested, backed by a verifiable COA which I was able to review personally. This is the real deal - good stuff. The inclusion of Hydroxypropyl B Cyclodextrin significantly increases the availability of the Ecdysterone. So far I would say this is pretty comparable to straight Turkesterone, and possibly a little better. I just hit a new PR after being stagnate on the lift for a while. Did this help? Maybe. My workouts have definitely felt better, with more strength and endurance, so while I always have to keep placebo effect in mind, I do think this Ecdy is helping. The plan now is to stack Ecdy and Turk together, so I'm looking forward to that. This Ecdysterone is great thoug - the capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. The price is good as well. If you're wanting to try the enhanced availability Ecdysterone, I can definitely recommend this product.

I've been taking both turkesterone and ecdysterone for a few months now and I can verify that they work, with no noticeable side effects. Taking these in combination with 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, and 45 minutes of high-intensity weightlifting (high weight low reps, 3 sets on each exercise) 5 days a week has resulted in both fat loss and muscle gains. I put on a lot of weight when I wasn't exercising at all during the pandemic, and now with the help of these supplements I'm reversing those effects. I recently put on a pre-pandemic button-up shirt to see if I could fit into it again, and found that while I could button it once again, it was now much too small on the arms and shoulders due to the incredible amount of muscle gains in those areas.The recommended dosage is 500 mg and as mentioned I'm combining this with an additional 500 mg of turkesterone to get these results.

If you are serious about getting results from ecdysterone, spend a little more on swole af or huge supps. I wouldn’t say that this brand did not work or produce results, however prior usage of the other brands was a noticeable difference.
