I've finished a bottle, and saw no change n anything? I was taking this to improve my nails actually - they are a wreak since a hip replacement and calcium alone was not doing the trick. Someone told me I needed both Magnesium and Calcium, but this product gave me no nail improvement either. I did not need this for digestion, but maybe others are helped this way? Otherwise, I don't understand the hype.
