Very Smooth
Frankly, I was a little apprehensive after seeing some negative reviews but I had my eye on this one for a while and wanted to take a chance. Turns out it was worth it. I have received the cycle in top-notch condition despite the packaging getting damaged a little.I struggled a bit to assemble the cycle as the toolkit wasn't provided. So, I purchased one from a local shop to help me finish the job. Once the assembly was completed, I was delighted with the look and aesthetics. It was every bit as advertised. Kudos to Hero for designing such an elegant one.Next came the ride itself. I couldn't be happier with its performance. It is very very smooth. I bought it for casual riding with exercising as a side effect. I ride 10 km with ease on this cycle in under 45 minutes every day.

Hero cycle is good
Cycle performance is very good but few things was provide with very bad quality.* cycle front wheel was not aligned*one padal was useless view was in jam condition, I have to change* front and rear reflectors were not provided.

I was trying to find a simple, no gear, no fuss bicycle for a very long time but the Indian bicycle market is so saturated that there's no minimalistic designs available.This is apparently an old model but I am super happy to get this with all the accessories that too in metal. Amardeep, the seller was very helpful. He promptly communicated with me and dispatched the bike on priority. One reflector was missing, when I asked about it, he immediately dispatched it without any extra cost. I assembled it myself, the was just little problems with the fitting, the spokes and the handle are a bit lose for which I would have to take it to a repair shop.
