I’ve been using Hagen for some time now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The first thing that caught my eye was the sleek design and the deep red color - it stands out without being flashy, which I love.

I purchased this bag from Svenklas on Amazon and encountered a problem after using it for about 8 months. However, their customer service promptly addressed the issue by sending me a replacement bag.

Feels like cheap quality & purchase from road side Bagpack.When I contacted them for return. They are not respond my email , call & what's up chatThey only contacted me after I posted a negative review on their official website, and suddenly, everything was sorted the same day. They arranged the pickup and initiated a full refund right after my review went live.While I’m glad it was eventually resolved. I got my refund. After that they delete my review from their website.

It’s a really amazing backpack and very classy. Quality is supreme. I definitely recommend Svenklas if someone is looking to explore a new brand.

Backpack come with great features and quality of durability but with overpriced compare to other brand. Definitely no one can compare this deisgn of backpacks.

Really happy with quality and design. When opening the box for first time, quality is immediately apparent. Everything from materials to stitching is top notch.
