The sound is amazing and the Maori style is simply beautiful.
I am so happy about this purchase. The sound is rain flowing slowly when you turn it slowly. The style is simple and Maori design has waves and natural patterns.

Not really authentic, kinda goofy-looking, and shipped like a prank.
This doesn’t really look or feel like an authentic Māori rain stick. The material feels cheap, and the design looks more like it was scribbled on than carved with intention. It does work as a rain stick, but only if you tilt it very slowly—otherwise, the sound barely lasts 10 seconds. That might work for some folks, but it wasn’t what I was hoping for. The sound is ok.Also, I’m docking points for the shipping method. They literally slapped a label right onto the stick and sent it bare. No box, no wrap—just raw stick energy in the hands of my mailman, who looked at me like I ordered something cursed. For the price, I guess it’s not the worst, but you can probably find something better for the same amount—especially if authenticity and sound matter to you.

Perfect!
I love the design, quality and size! I use this with clients in my sound sessions. It is exactly the statement price and item I wanted.

No as expected
Sounds ok however made of what feels like paper and artwork drawn on by a black and looks like really bad art.

False advertisement
Flimsy..feels like some sort of paper with hand drawn design with a sharpie. And shows two pieces but only came with one.

It's not what it looks like.
It makes a nice sound but it doesn't look like an indigenous instrument.
