Love these I trust Mo great tasting awesome you can just open. And chew no mixing however, I didn't feel any different from prior to eating. It says energy however not for me. Otherwise fresh and very chocolate ly tasting.

The SIZE!

Keep an eye on the expiration date
I just bought 3 packets last week and noticed the expiration is within 3 months (expiring in May 2024). See pic.
