UPDATE: UTO customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement so I'm updating my review. It was just Amazon that contacted me before. I hope I don't have the same issues with the zipper because I really like this bag.I love the design and functionality of this purse. It's just like one I purchased on a trip a couple years ago that I used until it started falling apart. This one seemed to be more durable at first. But within just over a month of regular use, the zipper on the back to the extra pocket got stuck on the fabric inside and broke when trying to fix it. There was no way around it. Unfortunately this was outside the return window. I contacted customer service and they were unhelpful. They responded quickly but after asking me to send pictures, this was the response:"Hello,Thanks for sending us the images.Please note that we won't have an option to send the bag for repair.In case of any further concern, you are always welcome to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you. All you need to do is reply to this e-mail and we will be delighted to provide further assistance on this matter."Why even ask me for pictures then? They didn't offer to replace it either. I'm pretty disappointed as I love the bag. It's still functional but I can no longer use the extra pocket and it looks bad. Please work on your customer service and offer a warranty.

Oh. My. Gosh. This bag smells like my dogs anal glands. I asked my husband to smell it and asked him what it smelled like. He said anal glands too LOL I LOVE THIS PURSE though. It’s adorable and perfect. Super heavy duty too. Not sure if I can keep it with this smell. I left it out all day on my porch and it didn’t help. Sad that it be like this. I literally smelled my whole house thinking my dog dropped some anal juice and nope. This purse was the culprit.

This bag is made very well with fabric that holds up and doesn’t stain. Perfect number and placement of pockets for traveling with a nice pocket in the back for a passport or other valuables.

The bag has a lot of room and the different pockets are great. I've had my bag only 24hrs and the back zipper by the straps is already missing teeth so it doesn't stay zipped. So definitely think the zippers are a low quality.

Loved loved this bag —- it’s my go to everyday because it’s big enough for iPad, wallet, phone and lots of other stuff..I’m bummed my strap just broke on it though but other than that it’s been a great bag
