Traditional Medicinal's Nighty Night Herb Tea, 16 Count (Pack of 3)

I was skeptical because I have used Sleeoytime Tea from Celestial Seasoning (a company I love) and it was quite mild. Nighty Night was flavorful and even though I have a sweet tooth, it needed no sweetening. And I drank a cup before settling down in bed and slept deeply and woke feeling fresh! I don’t use it every night, but the nights I do use it, I know I will sleep well!

This tea tastes good and it definitely helps you to relax so you can fall asleep. I drink a cup every night about a half hour before bed and I have no problem going to sleep.

This is a great tea for bedtime. I've ordered this twice.I needs to be shipped in a box. The small boxes of tea are always crumpled when they arrive! That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Not a bad taste. This is the version without valerian. I’m a terrible insomniac and I have to say this is the only tea that actually helps me fall asleep. That’s the most important thing, it works!
