I struggled with acne from puberty on through high school. My skin improved in my twenties, thanks to "growing out of it" and diet changes, yet I continued to suffer from breakouts on my neck, chin, and occassionally cheeks. I'm two weeks into taking the recommended twice daily dose + a daily probiotic and my skin looks and feels amazing! My "no make up" make up look is slowly being replaced by a real deal no make up regimen. This has been way better than any standard daily vitamin routine, as it targets all the key deficiencies that can underlie break outs. It is also a great price compared to other acne vitamins on the market. I would highly recommend trying this product if you struggle with mild adult acne.To note: my regimen is very light. I use natural cleansers/moisturizers, tea tree oil or clay masks to spot treat, exfoliate once or twice weekly, and use all organic make up. This was the case for 2 years leading up to trying this supplement and my skin is incredibly improved adding this to my routine.

Didn’t work for me. Weird taste, smells horrible

I’ve struggled with acne since I hit puberty. I’m now 32. I’ve tried every medication and facial wash there is with no improvement. This clears up my acne in just a few days. Will continue to buy.

These seriously work magic! I used to take them in high school because of my hormonal acne, a lady at a health food store recommended these and a probiotic… so I thought… what do I have to lose! Well after significantly improving my acne in my teen years I stopped taking them.Fast forward to being in my mid 20s… I am back to struggling with hormonal cystic acne. After trying what felt like everything for 8 months (new skin care routine, new foundations, skin peels, changing my birth control, spironolactone, you name it) I remembered that I used to take these! And voila! A month in and my skin is worlds better. I take one in the morning with my probiotics and one before bed (following the 2 pills a day instructions on the back)

I’ve have cystic acne and all this did was slow them down but they still come but like 2 at a time. If you want something to slow them down but not clear it up you’ll like this.

My son has a problem with cystic acne and one of his friends recommended this product. His face has cleared up seemingly overnight. The only time he has a problem is if he forgets to take it. Works better than anything else he's tried, including ProActiv
