Q: The zero rpm mode is achievable through any motherboard bios or do i need to install some corsair software for it?

Assuming the fan would be connected to a PWM port on your motherboard, you may achieve zero RPM via your motherboard's fan settings in BIOS. Otherwise, zero RPM may also be easily set via our iCUE software if you utilize one of our fan controllers. Q: What type of connector is used for this fan and how long is the connector?

There is no such thing as a standard four pin connector. There is 4 pin Molex, and PWM, 4 pin connectors with only three wires connected (rpm indication), and 4 pin connectors with only 2 wires connected for full speed.

Q: Which direction does the air flow?

There is a bold Arrow on the side of the fan housing indicating airflow direction. (The fan can be mounted whichever direction you want the air to flow.)

Q: Does the fan comes with mounting screws? It would be nice to have "included in the box" as part of description. Thank you in advance.
