I'm an old guy (63) and just bought my first gun, a used 9mm Hi-Point. It came with an over-sized magazine. It's a bit difficult to insert the bullets by hand, especially as the magazine approaches capacity. On the 10-round magazine, I couldn't get the 10th bullet in properly.This speedloader allowed me to load the magazine much more easily! Unfortunately, the 10th bullet still almost won't insert properly, but I am more likely to get it in correctly with the speedloader than without.All in all, it's a very good purchase. Inexpensive, and does the job. I gave it 4 stars because it isn't as easy as I think it could be, and I suspect there are better ones available. But I would definitely buy another one for a different type of gun if I were to get one.

Supposedly, this loader is designed specifically for the gun that a buyer indicates when ordering. I ordered the loader for my gun and when I slide it over the magazine, it’s loose and sloppy and difficult to control. I loaded the mag 6 times to give it a good chance. No go. It takes about twice as long to load a mag with this as it does with my general purpose multi- gun loader. I’m sending it back.

No stars. Worst product ever. Absolute crap. Broke the first time I used it. It got stuck going on, and broke coming off. Cheap plastic. Waste of twelve bucks. And yes, I used it on a mag that was specified in the description. Ugh.
