Clear packing tape
Bought for packing parcels and it works very well - tears easily as well as cutting and has a good sticky grip on parcels. Very happy with them.

Not super strong, breaks if you are heavy handed

Not the best tape but does it's job at home
For house usage it does it's job but it is quite thin and not easy to cut a straight line. Adhesive amount is enough for cardboard boxes, but for attaching two plastic dust proof sheets quality isn't adequate. Generally it's performance is around ok for lightweight house usage.
