It stopped my bv from getting worse but I’ve found eternal health Girl probiotics. compared to other probiotics I kind felt a difference which it surprising seeing as Renew has 25B CFUs per cap and GG only has 1B per cap. I guess the cultures are actually live in this. I usually have to take vaginal suppository like boric acid with a probiotic but not with Garden of Life.

Received the order today. The expiry date on the packet is Apr 2024, even if i take one tablet everyday from today, i will not be able to consume before 1 Apr 2024..Sad that such almost close to expiry products are being sold to consumers

I have IBS and with it comes a ton of gas and bloating. I ordered and used couple of days after just a couple of nights of taking right after dinner with hot water, it's like night and day - that post-dinner heavy feeling has been lifted (no matter what I eat) and my gas has been greatly diminished. It may not work for everyone
