I have been searching for a tea diffuser for sometime as the tea I have been drinking is very large leafed. This is perfect. Sits on the top of the cup. Just the right size. There’s room to swirl the tea. Fairly easy to clean.

The handles are hinged which makes storage easier.The perforations are small enough to keep the loose tea contained. There is a lid that xan be used as a saucer for the strainer. Good price too.

I bought this as a replacement for one that came with a reapot that was wire base. I chose this product becuase it was sole - by that I mean it was steel based.

I’m keeping it as I use it in a slim mug. Aside from the faulty weld the filter is excellent. The stainless steel has tiny holes and filters well. The lid is a good drip tray after use. Would be 5 star without the fault.

It's just like the tea infusers that go in and out of ceramic teapots, but with an extra -- little folding wings that allow the infuser to sit on a cup or a pyrex measuring cup. Much easier to use than teaballs. And it has a little stainless holder to use when you're done brewing. It's not magic, but it totally does a thing I was looking for.

At first, I doubted the quality of the stainless steel, but it turned out to be good quality. Rust never appeared. However, the base separated from the rest of the infuser, and it is now unusable. Very disappointed.
