Works very well.

I am sensitive to sun. Unprotected exposure leads to scratches on my arms and neck. This material works wonderfully well to protect from sun. I have worn this in harsh sun few times over a cap and it does a good job to protect the back of my neck and ears. The material is little on the heavier side so doesn't flap away in mild wind conditions. Material is very soft. I haven't used it for too long so cannot comment on the durability of the elastic band but overall the quality of the product is very good. Happy with the purchase and will recommend it. Also will emphasis that it's not a replacement for sunscreen but it will add extra barrier when sunscreen fades away.

I've been using this product under a bike helmet in hot weather. Well made. Really helps to reduce sun exposure. Noticed after an hour and a half that I had a headache from the strap. It would be great if a velcro tab made it adjustable for different size heads.

I got this since I recently started a job where I will be working outside. I wear this with a baseball cap and it works great to protect my neck and ears from the sun. I also wore it sailing and have already been asked where I got it, since it worked so well for sailing. This works much better than other sailing hats I have tried which don't fully cover your neck and ears, like this hat drape does. My head is on the larger side and it is a little tight on me, but not too bad. I already bought a second one, so if one is in the wash, I have another available to wear.

I purchased this hoping to use while on the bicycle as I live in texas and the summer sun here is brutal. The idea is fantasic but my application maybe not great. you cant really use this under a helmet without it boxing your ears in. In 100+ degree heat that's not idea for me. And theres not way to kind of get it over a helmet. If the strap were velcro closure or there were a larger helmet-specific design that would be amazing.for any other outdoor purpose it is awesome.

This was an additional order. My husband liked the product so well, we order another one. It not only protects his neck from the sun, it keeps the sweat from running in his eyes.
