Product came with one of the wheel casters being too big. I spent extra $ amount for better casters from a local store. Overall I like it. The spit is a 1 inch so its hard to find baskets and stuff that would fit it. I bought a smaller rotisserie kit and it fits this grill well. So I have the heavy duty 1 inch and the smaller 1/2 spit now. Nice set up. .

Requested to return the item and I got a $5 refund for an item that’s almost $300. Item description is very vague and the measurements should be more accurate.Beware when purchasing from this company!

I just got my rotisserie over the weekend and it put together somewhat easily, the instructions were not very clear but figured it out. super excited to try it out I had a 55lbs hog that I've been marinating for 3 days that I managed to squeeze on the spit then I turned the motor on. the motor wouldn't even turn half of the weight they claimed it does, I ended up hand turning the hog for 8 hours. delicious yes, product doing as is claimed, 👎Updated review: the product company reached out to me to solve my concerns with the product. they have offered and sent me a more appropriate motor for the rotisserie. the company was very professional and quick to respond to any issues I've had. they have, in my opinion, done a phenomenal job at customer satisfaction. I haven't yet had the chance to try the weight capacity out again but I do have high confidence that the appropriate motor was sent.

The grill is small for a lamb, you need a bigger one, at least 50 plus inches. However, the seller responded quickly and did not mind taking it back after the 30 days return policy since I did not put it together to find out it's smaller than expected until after the 30 days have passed.

I assembled and used my new grill this weekend. I hate the photoshopped pictures with the food surrounded by flames and the pig on the spit. That being said, the grill is exactly as advertised. The construction appears to be good and the motor seems to be heavy duty. Assembly was easy and played around with the height of the spot to get the right setting for cooking whole chickens. The included tongs are unusable but I didn’t buy the grill for the tools.
