Prefer one softgel to previously having to take two. Easy to swallow. Arrived in good shape, don’t get stuck to each other. Am 78, have been taking it for about 20 years.

I was having weak heart condition, i left my medication and began using natural products as well as vitamins heart is strong again. I highly recommend as a help aid along with exercise and the rest check with your doctor just in case but a realiable product.
