These are SO well made, I cannot even compare them to anything else! I have been using them as just a protective outer layer on top of gauze, which is on top of calcium alginate, while my open wounds from lymphedema heal. So, its not getting any bodily fluids on it at all. I've been able to use the same one for 3 weeks and it's still like new.If I were using this on its own, I can see just how durable and absorbent they really are though. They're costly, but worth it

I use this for a heavy drainage wound. It works fantastic. It does cost a lot for my budget but worth it.

The padding is good yet. The adhesive around the padding was insufficient to keep the pad from moving around and falling off. Period I had to use the pad on my neck, which is a difficult place for any similar product to stay put because it’s easy for the pad to become Loose with movement.. A better rating might be three stars. I provided four as I am rating yet in comparison to similar products which have the same difficulty.

They are great, n are as description explains. I Recommend.

These are a substitute for Optilock. They performed as they should.

Doesn't stick to wounds very absorbent but all bit pricey for what you get.

The protection is especially important when you’re taking a blood thinner - also when you’re applying an oily anti-bacterial ointment to the wound. Needs to be held on with a gauze wrapping - the exposed blue edging is not sticky.

These are for leaking wounds...will absorb a lot before you have to change it...which is exactly what some people/some wounds need. These were also the best price for the amount as well.
