I have been using this for two years, and my friends and family members have both commented on the improvement in my skin's appearance. At first, though, I overused this produced (used it daily), which left my skin irritated and dry; if you are planning on using this product, I would recommend using it potentially once every week or maybe a bit more often so that you can see how well your skin reacts to this product. I find it very refreshing and easy to apply, and I think it accomplishes its objectives very well, leaving the skin with a slightly exfoliated and refreshed look.

It is very gentle on sensitive skin and is a great addition to a skin routine. I have used it for 3 months and seen my skin become smoother.

I have sensitive skin with a very delicate barrier due to a medical condition. I had been using The Ordinary for a year in concert with prescription tretinoin and azelaic acid to moderate effect. However, TO's company sale and subsequent product + price changes had me looking elsewhere.I did not have high hopes for this moisturizer and the matching ultra gentle cleanser. 2 months later, I'm a Neutrogena convert. These are hands down the best skincare products I've used. The constant dermatitis, dryness, and irritation I've had since childhood were gone for good after the first week. Better yet, I've had almost non-existant acne despite ongoing hormone treatments. I'm really, really impressed.It is important to note that niacinamide will burn if your skin barrier is compromised. Actual sensitivity to niacinamide is pretty rare, and this is a very gentle concentration.I did experience stinging during my first week. However, it became less uncomfortable with each application. I've had no such pain with it since the first week, though I will experience some tingling if my skin's barrier has been thrown off (e.g. swimming in chlorinated water, dehydration, dry weather). Adding a extra Vitamin E oil to my night routine bounces me right back.I highly recommend giving this a shot.

nice and light gel. feels moisturizing but is completely absorbed after a few mins. niacinamide can sting on sensitive skin at first.

Buenísimo no se cuantos botes he vaciado ya! Mi acné está mejor que nunca incluso en días de periodo no me salen apenas granitos!! Es genial!! También usar doble limpieza antes de aplicar y siempre secar con una toalla individual exclusiva para la cara de un solo uso! La crema en combinación con estos truquitos notaréis un antes y un después!

I have been using it daily for over 1 year. Very gentle hydrator that I feel nothing after applying, but keep my face hydrated all day long.

Ingredients on product are different from the product description and contains actives for certain skin conditions like fungal acne and subderm, for example. Ingredients Cetearyl Olivate and Sorbitan Olivate should not be left out. On their website for this product, if you click "Full list and drug facts, click here" it leaves out ingredients from the picture of the back of the bottle, which also matches the incorrect description found here on Amazon. I thought there might be a reformulation that I was missing but can't find any evidence of that being the case. Just be sure to double-check the back of your bottle and to make sure you can use it.
