This is one of my "holy grail" items. I've been using it for the better part of 10 years with consistent results. I have combination skin as well as occasional cystic acne. This product helps with deep pimples as well as whiteheads. It can be a little drying at first, so don't let that put you off. It has a nice texture, no smell and it is easy to use!

I rarely give 5 stars, but this stuff has earned it! I have struggled with acne all my life, particularly the cystic inflamed hormone-induced type since my first pregnancy 13yrs ago. I'm in my early 40s still struggling with this. I had tried a benzoyl peroxide product in college but I remember it bleaching all my towels and don't recall it being very effective on my breakouts, so I never went back to it and used salicylic acid for spot treatment ever since, though it hasn't really been all that effective. I stumbled across this product on an ad, and I NEVER click on ads, but I thought, why not at least look at it, it can't hurt to check out a different product. I ordered it 4 months ago, and I'VE STOPPED NEEDING MAKEUP to hide my blemishes! I started using it during a good stretch, and I have literally had only 3 cystic acne pop up. In 4 months. And not even at the same time (they'd come as many as 6 at a time during my worst breakouts). I use this stuff twice a day on my problem areas without any drying (my skin runs on the oily side), and my skin has not looked this good since I did acutane 20yrs ago (the only few years since my teens with good skin). And no bleaching of towels like I feared. I will shout from the rooftops what an amazing product this is!

I've been dealing with hormonal/cystic acne outbreaks and I was initially suggested benzoyl peroxide for relief. This stuff is very effective and an affordable option for treatment, but with a few caveats. Benzoyl peroxide is HARSH on the skin. This stuff will dry you out and wreck your skin barrier if you're not careful. The product itself says to use all over the face, but that was one of the ways I quickly wrecked my skin. Use it more as a spot treatment to target pimples and problem areas if you want to be safe. Secondly, your skin will either burn or become covered in melasma and dark spots if you're not careful. I ended up with the latter. SPF is a MUST and applying it diligently all day. This product will increase your sun sensitivity. I'm now in the process of trying to rehab my skin after years of benzoyl peroxide causing discolored skin, even with SPF usage. Lastly, benzoyl peroxide will STAIN. If you have any residual amounts on your hands and touch your clothing or a hand towel after washing your hands, it's going to bleach your clothes/towels. If you try to use the product at night, it will bleach your bedding like pillow cases or anything that potentially touches your face. Be very, very careful not to get it on anything that you don't want ruined.

This acne cream is pet of my daily routine. Ever since I started using it around 3 years ago I very rarely have an acne and if I do it’s only around for a couple days.

It’s a miracle! I’ve struggled with cystic acne my entire life (40-something female) and this stuff cleared my face in two days. I’ve used Proactive, Accutane, you name it… wish I had known about this sooner! It may dry your skin so don’t go hog wild, and use a little moisturizer if your skin feels tight. Fantastic product. Newest must have in my regimen!

Works but stains clothes. We found out the hard way, my son stained his favorites tees before we realized it was the cream.

It actually cleared up my acne! My pimples just kept coming one by one ever since like April this year. I used this all over my face and I think it stopped bacteria from forming cuz I literally just got this product like a week ago and it’s working no new pimples so far. When I first got the product, I would put a tiny bit on the pimple not too much so it’s not wet then I put a pimple patch on top and I did it for 2 days and it’s now dry and flat . New pimples are not coming, fades the old marks

I use this for my underarms , and it works I don’t need to use deodorant anymore. But this is too drying so be careful not to use everyday for sensitive areas. I did not use this for my face , too drying

Using for couple days only. The acne significantly decreased. Really happy with the product
