I use these, the core and the mount in my shoes. These are much better than the orthotics I was given. If you have Plantar Fasciitis and flat feet but need insoles for sports activity, these are the best. I wrote a longer review on the 220+ mount version. I purchase this for my boots and have been wearing it for 2 weeks now, and I wear the boot more than 12 hours a day. This Insole feel really comfortable. One minor thing is it's a bit small for 8.5. My boot size is 8.5 and it's leave a small space on the toe. Overall it's a good product and worth the cost.

I initially bought these for my cleats as I play a high impact running sport. Unfortunately once I put them into my cleats they elevated my feet so I was unable to run. On top of that, they are a pretty thick insole so it makes any shoe you are wearing feel tighter, and definitely more uncomfortable. I still wanted to get a use out of them so I put them in my work shoes, which are a bit bigger and my feet feel very free typically. They still feel very tight and I’ve had to remove them as they ended up hurting the bottoms of my feet instead of helping. Not very helpful in my case

I am a seasonal player of a high performing sports and was having severe arch pains after long day of running. Using this is as insole permanently relieved my arch pain and I am now able to run for longer periods or stay on feet for longer time so definitely recommend this product for anyone with arch pain or heel issues.
