having used many different kinds of digestive enzymes, i can say these work quite well and priced reasonably

I'm very much into my supplements and had read and heard a lot about the benefits of Bromelain, especially as a singer for anti-inflammatory purposes. These are marketed as helpful for your digestive system and I can definitely agree after taking these for a few months that alongside the acidophilus I take there has been an improvement. However the biggest difference I noticed was my knees! I used to have achy, sore knees and I have found this has stopped it and I cannot attribute this to anything else.

This supplement helped with pain management when I had a broken ankle. I took 3 capsules every lunch time. They are easy to swallow and are good value for money. They did not upset my digestion.

Very helpful for my family, we have food intolerance. These are a must to pop in a bag when eating out & you can't be a 100% sure what's been added

Wish I'd never bought them. Thought I'd try bromelain as I heard they help with eye floaters...after a month of use I started to notice my floaters moving around at the speed of light and they started to look like they were moving around in water...not only that but more transparent one's started to form in both eyes I was so worried I went to hospital. I stopped them immediately and I'm only just starting to see them return to how they were before, 3 months later. They didn't work for me only made things worse and I have found something much better for me to use.
