The shorts are great for working out in the gym. I wore it while running on the treadmill and doing my an workouts. The material is stretchy and it doesn’t make me too hot. I ordered a medium and the medium fit good. I am 147 lbs for reference.

I took the advice from other buyers and sized up, the medium fit perfectly! I use these workout shorts when I am on the treadmill and even when I am doing yoga/pilates. The extra calories I burn when I wear them is truly amazing.The fact that they are so comfortable makes me want to wear them during all of my workouts.

Don’t you just hate having to try different non working products only to then get so lucky and find the BEST ONES so far? I could have spent it on this product. I highly recommend it. It fits and feels very interesting at first but wow, it certainly delivers. Only other note is, the waist could be more fitting, but it would have to be reconfigured because a tight waist would be hard to remove especially w sweat being on it.
