It does. Where the seam would be in the center, the cloth overlaps.

Q: Do these make noise when walking?

No, it was very comfortable and I hardly realized I had it on.

Q: 5'7 and 150 lbs. L or XL?

I was say large because I’m 5’3 and about 205lbs because of a little extra belly and I purchased a extra large.

Q: Are these good for petite women or do they come up too high?

I’m petite, as in short (5’3”) but, put on too much weight since COVID (I now weigh 153 lbs). This product comes right up to my bottom bra line so it works really well for me. Also, it’s softer and more comfortable than the Yummie brand I wore b4.
