Hops are supposed to have the same effect as NSAIDS without the nasty side effects that destroy ur kidneys. I read up on hops and they also have a sedation effect. (I hate beer and thought an added reason to NOT drink it is that sedative on top of plain alcohol sedation.) I didn't have any sedation effects and I take way more than what the serving suggestions are. I looked up the max dose of hops supplement and went with that amount and when I was out for several days, I felt like I had been run over by a Mack truck. When I got them again I felt better. It helps take away most of my fibro pain. I take it and turmeric. 1 without the other doesn't work for me

Doesnt work at all. Even if you take 4 at once. Mere 300 mg of full spectrum hops, willl make you sleepy. Amazon should be testing this product.

Beware estrogenic effects
I took this to help with sleep. While it helped at first, eventually I started feeling really bloated, despite no change in diet/exercise.
