Ran through the book once for my SCC boards and passed!Some subspecialty topics may be beyond the scope of the exam but nonetheless were good to review.Majority of answers seem relatively up to date with current literature.Unfortunately, I deducted a star due to some errors with formating and typos that should never make it to print.
