Definitely a great buy
The Good: I currently own 4 stethoscopes, and I must say that after buying this one 2 years ago, I have fallen in love with it. It comes with a lot of interchangeable ear pieces (more than any of the other 3 stethoscopes I've bought) for different sized ears and different levels of comfort, and different looks. The sensitivity is so much better than the Littmann I use, and the gold plated parts make it look very professional.The Bad: Since it's a sprague type stethoscope, the head is a little heavy, which tires out my neck after wearing it for a while. Also, it comes with a really, really nice bag...but, it's quite large.So, in all, this was definitely the best $50 ever spent on a stethoscope.

The head is nice just as shown on picture BUT the clips around the tubes that hold them together came in rusty, scratched and not the same color gold as the rest of the stethoscope (it was more like a bronze). Tried returning it because doesn’t look professional, but says item not returnable.
