We were needing to replace 32 old metal halide lights in our indoor riding arena. The metal halide bulbs cost around $20 each to replace and have to be replaced every 7-8 years. Metal halide also requires a warm up period when turned on which takes about a minute to get fully bright and they are not as bright when it is freezing weather. So we decided to replace all 32 metal halide fixtures with 32 new LED saucer lights that had the equivalent amount of light and were about $40 per light when bought in bulk. They are much smaller than the halide fixtures but put out a very nice and bright light. We have had them in for over a year now without any issues but only time will tell if they will truly last their life expectancy of 20 years which would more than pay for themselves. They are also instant on with no warm up which is very nice. Work well in cold/freezing weather as well. We do have some savings in electrical bill but not as much as I was hoping for. I highly recommend these 150 watt LED saucer lights

This is one of the brightest lights I've ever seen - especially at this price. It is fairly heavy and obviously well constructed. It is probably more for a barn, shed, or large garage. It comes with a fairly long cord and an eye bolt that can be screwed into the top for extremely secure mounting. My only suggesting is that it might be good to have a switch on it or along the cord somewhere - although it probably isn't needed for most applications as a wall switch would probably turn on any outlet that it is plugged into. With such a bright light - be aware that it gets pretty warm. To reiterate - it's heavy, it's bright, and it's well constructed.

I have some lights in my garage, but still found it too dark for certain projects. Decided to give this a try and I'm glad I did. You can see between the two pictures the extra level if brightness it adds and honestly the pictures don't do it justice. It's super bright!I was surprised how solid and well made the light is. Feels like it was built to last. I installing us as easy as it gets. Hang it up and plug it in. To hang it up I just put a hook into a stud in the ceiling. It is heavy, so you want to make sure you hang it properly. There is a safety cord. I looped that around the frame for the garage door.I plugged mine into a smart outlet so I can turn it on and off with my Amazon Echo I have in the garage. Overall very happy and would recommend this.

I bought one, it crapped out in 2 months. So, I thought it was a fluke, bought another one, that one died even sooner. Both light got light use and were installed correctly. After about 6-8 weeks they start blinking like a strobe light. No way to get ahold of the seller that I can see…

The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with the quality of this light mostly use this over hanging in the garage or workshop maybe a barn? I like this for work underneath the hood of a truck or underneath my truck. Because of the body being made of aluminum, I’m not worried about the LED being damaged when moving it around on the ground. and the cover on the LED or somewhat like plexiglass and not Glass so I’m even less worried about that breaking. This light is very very bright.I hope this review and photos are helpful.

These lights are very bright, I put them in my garage replacing the old dim humming lights

LED light brightness is more than sufficient at one setting.Lightweight but still durable due to construction. Metal hook and safety cable gives peace of mind when hung up.Will be good to use for my indoor plants and gym.Would recommend!
