My son is a big Star Wars fan and wanted a quality light saber for Christmas. After opening they’re very easy to assemble and get going. The light tubes have proven very durable thus far for a 13 year old. The sounds when striking could be a bit more sensitive, it takes a pretty good whack to get it to react. The threaded middle section is easy to connect the pair together. It comes with a lot of good color options. He’s had a lot of fun with these so far.

My kids (7 and 10) love these lightsabers and enjoy dueling with them outside in the dark. They are so bright and make such fun noises. They also play with them in the basement. But even in broad daylight these are very fun toys because they don't break when they are played with. All the other toy lightsabers that my kids have end up breaking -- especially the light-up ones! Those are fragile and tend to break immediately -- but this one is not fragile at all, it is strong and doesn't break even when played with very roughly. The battery life is also incredibly long. We've had these toys for about a month now and haven't yet needed to recharge them. They are my sons' most treasured plaything ever since we got them. :)

These were a fantastic Christmas gift for kids! Well constructed, bright/colorful, cool sound FX and a long-lasting battery. After going through several good battles, two things came to "light". First, all of the allen head screws will loosen over time and this can result in the light tube taking flight, ouch! I recommend checking these screws often and it's great that spare screws, and a wrench are included. I added some Loctite threadlocker (Blue 242) to each screw and this has greatly improved things - HIGHLY recommend doing this. Second, one of the sabers stopped making sound, which was a huge disappointment. I noticed a rattling sound in the hilt and as I like to tinker anyway, I disassembled it (very simple task) and found that one of the wires soldered to the speaker had broken off. I soldered it back on and all was well once more.

As a long time Star Wars fan, I had always thought that getting a nice lightsaber I could duel with was out of my price point, but these proved me wrong! The lightsabers are sturdy and the metal hilts make them feel like more premium products. The variety of colors are great and ability to connect them is a cool bonus. The only negative thing I have to say is the lack of sound effect consistency, but overall I'd still highly recommend these!

This was so much fun with me and my nephew. As the Star Wars fans- this is perfect for movie nights at home with family!

The media could not be loaded. I got the set of lightsabers with a pretty good discount. So I payed for the performance I got.These lightsabers sound....lightsaberish? They don't have a good flash on clash, the lightsaber just kinda flashes the main light without a significant color change.The strobing burst mode is seizure inducing. There aren't different sound profiles. The colors are decent the blade thickness is nice. However, the blade tip kept popping off after 10 minutes of dueling with my toddler.They don't make noise when swinging, no blasterbolt, color changes when you quick press, which your younglings will drive you nuts.The plus, they feel real good and have good balance. They feel solid and I could imagine stunts and tricks being easier to do. Comes with nice split usb c charger and some extra screws.My suggestion, sell at $100.00 for the pair, use a decent sound board, maybe just get rid of mega strobe, and put better glue on the tip. I've bought from a saber company and it had all the features and none of the problems for 2 for $100.00.I will probably return.

Bought this for me and my two sons (17 mos and 3 yr) to have star war battles. We enjoy the light settings and the sound/vibratuon effects that brings the star wars world alive. They are durable and have a good weight to them. Little heavy for the youngsters but they still enjoy playing with them and the quality will allow plenty of time to grow into them. Would recommend to any fan.

Ordered these for our Halloween costumes and couldn't be happier with the purchase! They look even better in real life than in the photos. There are 12 different color options and the lightsaber remembers your color choice when you turn it off, which makes it super easy if you are turning it off periodically to save battery. Speaking of battery, I'm not sure exactly how long the battery life is, but these lasted 4+ hours of being on while we were at a Halloween party. They're really easy to charge and the charging cable they come with is split so you can charge both at the same time.They seem pretty durable, as they held up just fine being passed around the party for various lightsaber fights and swinging around.I also appreciated the ability to easily mute the sound, although the sound effects were a perfect addition to the costumes.
