I grew up using loofahs as bath sponge and I saw this one and decided to try.That's the 3rd one I bought here and definitely the best one.To start it is a whole loofah. It's big. I mean HUGE. That alone is 4 stars. The others were all smaller pieces. I was wondering if I should cut this one in half, but decided to keep it as it is.Loofahs are normally rough. It is a great skin scrubber. First time using them isn't so particularly pleasant. And it takes about a week of use to smooth them out. Or get used to it.This one wasn't as rough, It was already smooth and felt great against my skin. Like a few weeks use old loofah.That's my dilemma. Did I hate it because it wasn't as rough as I remember and expect it to be? Or love it because I didn't have to suffer for a week until it was smooth?I wish it was just a bit little rougher.I suggest that they would offer the option to choose between smooth and rough ones.I recommend this one and will definitely buy it again and again.

I like how large the loofah is. I cut mine into 3 pieces about 6.5” each. Doesn’t have a scent at all. Once wet, it’s scrubs well, but isn’t too hard.

I love this sponge. The long one is really long. I would guess 2 feet. I cut a small piece off to do dry loofah and the long piece was still long enough to do my back!! I think it smells like a fresh ocean. I did find some seeds it it but it does come from a living thing so come on, it's not gonna be a perfectly symmetrical, spotless sponge like a plastic loofah made in a factory.Well worth the price. The long piece even serves at a neck pillow while taking a bath. It is soft but yet holds its shape pretty good , yet rough enough to get those dead skin cells!it can in a nice pull tie hemp bag that I will use for some thing I know.Very happy with this purchase!

For 20 bucks or so this is an extremely expensive toy. I used to buy these in russia for 5usd with sews cloth on each (prevent the tear off) and with handle to hang it.As for the quality - it is natural loofah. As any natural loofah in the world. (i use them since I was born - for 34 years). Size is the right one, the real true size.But as I wash myself only with loofahs, had to get this one urgently by coming to the us. If you have an opportunity, order good loofahs from russia and southern countries. But if you do not want to wait and ok to overpay x4 times - then this is the best deal on AMZ.

In the photos, what I am showing is just 1/2 of what you are sent. And I cut that into two pieces. It is fascinating to put the dehydrated loofah you receive into a pan or bucket of water. They really expand quickly. Of the two pieces I show, the little one comes from the end of the loofah, and the big one from the center. So basically, I cut them with scissors (before I put them in water. I don't know if it's easier to cut them before or after the water.)The quality is very high. Just a couple of seeds to remove. Fresh and spongey. Really scrubs your skin to exfoliate and energize you. Importantly, it does not feel like you are using a cheese grater on your flesh. And as mentioned, I cut mine into 4 pieces. Depending on the size of the loofah prefer to hold in your hand, you could easily cut it into 6 pieces, or even 8. This is really a good purchase!

Great option to save to buying new Egyptian loofahs every time. Just cut to size and use. Lasts longer than buying one at a time. Will buy again.

I'm from south-America and pretty much my whole adult life I've been using looaf. I normally get bunch when I go and visit my family to my native country but this year it's been crazy and I decide it to try the looaf from Amazon since I run out of my supply.Here my honest reviewPros:- It comes in a really nice and careful package- The looaf t is long, so you can adjusted according to your necessary.- It's hard at the beginning, just like the natural one.Cons:- The smell a vinegar is really strong at the begging. I don't know why- After 3 days of use, the loaf lost consistency, it feels pretty soft, not what I expected at the beginning.Conclusion: It's a good one to use if you are familiar with the feeling and need to match it while you get you familiarize supply.Will I be buying it again? Probably not.
