Product is good but pakage was damaged . Fortunately everything was intact.Only concern was that I had to call for my free instant as amazon didn't automated the process and also didn't informed the company so as to give the service.Pipe and fittings were not included and costed extra .

We appreciate the prompt resolution of my Orient Electric water heater issue. Mr. Manish from Chhatta & Sons efficiently addressed the defective product, and I am pleased to receive a refund. Furthermore, I have placed an order for a more expensive Orient Aquator+ geyser, impressed by the exceptional service.

I am writing this review after approximately 6 months of continuous use.During this period of 6 months it has stopped working 3 times. Company's technicians don't resolve the issue and just make temporary adjustments so that the product will somehow work until its warranty period. But within 2-3 months it stops working again. They just don't answer why the product stopped working in the first place. If a new product like this is failing after every 2-3 months just imagine the amount of maintenance cost I will have to incur post warranty period. At this pace I will have to service the product at least 6 times in a year! Every visit from a technician costs atleast ₹300 (excluding spare parts cost). On an average it will cost me atleast ₹1800-₹2000 per year post warranty to keep it working (This cost excludes any major repair or geyser cleaning costs). This is a pathetic. I have to spend additional time, money and energy for this product. On the other hand I also have a 4 year old Bajaj geyser with approx 20L storage, I never faced such issue from that product on such frequent basis.This has been my personal experience so far. I expected a better quality and service from this product but I am disappointed.Summary of this geyser.Pros:1. Looks good.Cons:1. Isn't durabe.2. Constant servicing needed.3. No meter to indicate the water temperature.Edit : This geyser had a short circuit and it's body panel has melted. Can't believe that a product can fail so miserably within one year of it's working. Absolutely disappointed with Orient.
