UNITE HairLAZER Straight Shampoo, 33.8 fl. Oz

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It is my new favorite. I have thick, course, curly hair and it softens and relaxes my hair nicely. I also use the serum which helps with tangles and further softening.

I love this product that is why I am giving it rave reviews. But this is the second bottle that the nozzle has broke the day I tried to open it. Is there anyway I could get a replacement nozzle?

The product is great, but it was shipped with the pump not locked in place. Luckily it was in a plastic zipped locked bag because with the jostling from shipping there was shampoo all over the bag and the bottle. It was a mess.

The pump is broken and does not pump shampoo. Makes it difficult to get shampoo out of the bottle because the shampoo is thick it gets all over. For the price I paid, the pump should work.
