I'm 5 1 and bought for me and my sister who is 4 9 and fits perfects upto the legsWould suggest for anyone who is 5 9 and above as the coat would cover until the legs

Good material but size will fit very small people even with nothing heavy under it 😊
I guess I made the point in the review title,If you are buying for a little skinny child, then, it may work but not with heavy clothes under it :)So, rain usually need heavy clothes and this is not going to help.
