Not As Effective For Me As Melatonin
The bottle of tryptophan arrived quickly and in good shape. The price was OK, but I later found the same exact brand, size, and dose on Temu for significantly less. I like the large compressed tablet and the high dose with this brand. I substituted it for my evening melatonin supplement and I noticed that it isn't nearly as effective at relaxing me or helping me sleep. My mood didn't really improve, but sometimes these things take time. I wanted the benefits of providing my body with the nutrients needed for both serotonin and melatonin production, so it isn't entirely a bust. I have only used it for a week. I will give it time. I just won't use it as a sleep aid anymore.

Great tryptophan. It is very unusual that the large tablets are coated with very powdery fine dust.

Fast delivery and reasonably priced.
I ordered the L-Tryptophan to help with sleep and I think that it's working. The tablets are large and not easy for me to swallow but I crush them and put them in juice.
