This vacuum is great for non carpeted floors, I haven't tried is on carpet. I have 2 German Shepards and the dirty and fur is crazy and this gets it all up with no need to sweep after.The only complaint I have is the cords to short, I've been spoiled i guys because my old vacuum would reach the whole house but I'll get an extension cord because it cleans my floors better now that I have no carpet.

I’ve had this vacuum for a year and it’s the best vacuum I’ve ever had. I was going through vacuums like crazy. I’ve gone through 2 Dysons and a Shark & Bissel. I’m very good about cleaning them out and changing filters too. I vacuum daily because I have 3 dogs. This vacuum sucks up hair like you wouldn’t believe even on rugs.It’s easy to clean and manage it’s lightweight which I like. The only negative is the cord could be longer and the cord isn’t that great about retracting. The power and capacity is just superb! I highly recommend this vacuum.

Very good suction was the best thing about it. But, it is so CHEAPLY made other wise. One of the wheels kept popping off, and the automatic cord kept receding back into the vacuum all by itself, as I would move the vacuum from spot to spot. Basically the whole vacuum screams that it isn't going to last.Today, after about 1/2 hour of vacuuming, it just shut down. Boom. No power. I tried several other outlets and the vacuum would not power on.I guess the motor went. Not surprised. I guess it was made out of cheap plastic too. I am not a heavy duty vacuumer, so I am thoroughly perplexed by this.For $150, this should not have happened this quickly.UPDATE 2/12Cherry from Customer support contacted me about my experience with my vacuum.They sent me a brand new one free to replace the one that had stopped working.Cherry and her team were so eager to remedy the problem as they care about their products and their customers.I am so impressed with this company and the replacement vacuum is working very well.THANK YOU CHERRY!

This is a neat canister vacuum cleaner, doing everything as these machines are supposed to, much like the good old-time-ones, before the over-engineered ones came ( over priced !!) or the many cheep quick buys which promise much but keep up to non of it.For this category and price this is a good value, the machine has great suction power which is one of the most important factors for me.After several weeks there were some small issues with the wheels of the main brush and some tiny damages from wear, I registered for warranty ( which is to be done online) after that happened and mentioned these. Within just a few days I was contacted on email from customer service, was asked to send video and details. It could be sent back to the same email address and person, which made everything just SO easy and convenient ! After just days again it was approved and complete replacement came. The customer service is amazing - there is a LIVING PERSON, whose name is Sicily that you can communicate with AND have feedback, vs most customer service all over these days where one has to write or talk to a machine, never knowing whom to contact next time by the next question or issue. This was a very positive experience all around, and the cleaner is working great ! Recommend !!!

Bought this vacuum a year ago literally two weeks after the one year warranty The canister breaks at the hinges if you purchase one of these you know it is plastic for as many times as a lid is used to dump and clean after use you'd think they do some metal on there no. Now let me start by saying this vacuum is amazing it picks up dog hair like no other vacuum it beats my Dyson and it beats my shark but because of cheap shoddy workmanship and absolutely no customer service this vacuum gets a one star . I have spent almost two weeks going back and forth between Amazon and aspiron, aspirin apparently has no replacement parts for this vacuum cleaner or they're still looking in the warehouse they've been looking now for 6 days apparently the warehouse is so big they just can't find it. So I call Amazon and I'm told to call Aspiron, because it's been over a year, Aspiron says call Amazon because they actually sold their product not them themselves. Back and forth on phone calls back and forth on emails and still getting absolutely nowhere only to be told by Amazon now that I have to get a hold of Aspiron, for a replacement vacuum. So I will be purchasing nothing from either one of these people be aware it will break I take very good care of my things and this is just from opening the lid to dump it and to wash it out and rinse it now the vacuum is no good The $170 vacuum is no good, what a joke. It's kind of sad now how lackadaisical Amazon's customer service reps are I guess they've gotten too big for their britches and they're too popular that they don't need to take care of the people that have been shopping with them for 15-20 years That's okay I'll take my business elsewhere

I bought this less than six months ago. It had powerful suction initially, which is why I selected this model, but after a couple of months, it no longer had that. I changed out the filters and the suction did improve marginally, but only marginally. It is not well made. The canister lid has cracked and a wheel has fallen off the main head. That being said, the seller was very responsive and I'd try another model.

This vacuum is easy to maneuver and it's well-made. Flexible hose with a metal wand. The dust cup is large and easy to empty. Smart design except, like all modern vacuums, it comes with a ridiculously short crevice tool. However, unlike every other vacuum that I've tried, it does NOT have the usual bulky plastic part at the end of the wand that makes reaching crevices impossible. Crevices can be reached with this vacuum. I would like a motorized head attachment but that would increase the costs and this vacuum is so powerful that it's not really necessary. I liked it so much that I bought one for my mother.
