Q: how to change the battery in this thing,took the screw out but see no way to open, please help!!!

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to us at Boley. After removing the screw, please try popping out the lid at the edges manually, with your fingers. The lid should be able to be removed after the screw has been taken out. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
